Supply
We have a range of equipment available that are considered “standard” within the industry. We are also capable of custom fabricating equipment to meet specific building needs.

We have the capabilities of installing our product based on the structural engineer’s attachment details.
Load Test
After every installation, we perform a load test onsite up to 50% of the equipment’s rated load, per code. Onsite load test help in confirming the equipment is properly fabricated and installed.
SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Access/SIT is capable of training any personnel in the proper use of the EBM equipment on the building. We can also assist the building management and engineering department in verifying that all required documents are on hand.
OPOS
Develop Operating Procedure Outline Sheet (OPOS), as required by current codes. An OPOS establishes safe exterior building maintenance procedures as the design intends in both written and pictorial form. In addition, an OPOS establishes an emergency plan, and required equipment inspections.
Project Management
Specifically for existing buildings, we are capable of overseeing the project in its entirety and contacting all subcontractors required for a turn-key project.
due diligence
We assist building owners by reviewing their building’s existing EBM system and providing a written report on our findings. Our report will be supplemented by photos and reference specific code regulations and standards.
